PLEASE NOTE THAT WHEN AN ITEM SAYS THAT IT IS OUT OF STOCK AND IS AVAILABLE FOR "PRE-ORDER", IT MAY TAKE SOME TIME (A MONTH OR MORE) FOR IT TO COME IN.
PLEASE BEAR THIS IN MIND BEFORE PLACING YOUR ORDER.
Delivery
We aim to deliver all orders in the UK within 7 days if the goods are in stock. If the goods you order are marked as "Availability: Pre-Order" we will send out the order to you as soon as the product becomes available again. If we cannot source the item we will contact you to inform you. Most Items are usually within 48 hours delivery.
BIKE DELIVERY PROTOCOL:
To combat the near rampant card fraud in this industry, we will ask for I.D. (passport or driving license) prior to setting off with your new bike in the van. We do not use a courier, but instead deliver the bike ourselves.
Bike is secured in the van and will only be unlocked upon inspection of I.D. Should the I.D. not match the card holder then the bike will return to our shop. The delivery charge is non-refundable in this event and the bike refund subject to a service charge.
