  • Do you deliver bikes?
    Yes. We can deliver your ebike to you anywhere in the UK for just £100.

  • Do you offer finance?
    Unfortunately not at this time. 

  • Can I pay cash?
    Yes. We accept cash at our shop in Chichester, West Sussex. (PO19 8FY)

  • Do the bikes come with any warranty?
    Yes. Unless specified, all our bikes come with a 12 months Manufacturers Warranty.
    Luckily we don't need to use it too often, as we only stock bikes that don't give us any issues.

  • Can I have a free bike?

  • Do you sponsor riders/influencers?
    Sur-Ron and Talaria and RFN all have their own sponsored riders and as a result, we do not get involved with that.

  • Can I have a free bike?
    We get asked this question at least once a week. Short answer No. Long answer: What have you done in your life that makes you think you deserve a bike to be just given to you? We believe that hard work should be rewarded in life. If you want to do something to help us a business in exchange for some form of reward at the end, then get in touch. But we aren't just going to hand over one of our toys to someone we don't know. I mean...come on...

  • Where can I ride these bikes?
    The offroad bikes can only be used where you have permission from the landowner. This can be a track where you have paid for access, or someone's land where you have agreement from them. It is not legal to ride these bikes in public woodland or parklands. These bikes are classed as MOTORBIKES and unless specified are not legal to ride on the road without valid tax and insurance. This applies from the smallest kids bike to the biggest motorcross models.
