We carry out the delivery of the bikes ourselves, including a proper instructional handover of the bike to ensure you know how to look after it.
Bike delivery is contingent on Credit/Debit Card I.D. being provided before delivery is booked and also at handover. We will ask for drivers licence or passport and supporting documents confirming your identity at the card holder address. Bikes cannot be delivered to anywhere except the card holder address and cannot be left with a minor. We will not leave the bike without a proper signature and handover of the vehicle. Should identification not be provided before the delivery will be suspended/cancelled with a £50 admin charge.
